Date Night in Denver's Privacy Policy

This privacy policy was last revised on December, 2012. New versions will be uploaded periodically.

Your Privacy is Super Important to us

DateNightinDenver (DNID) is your date night planner, and our goal is to help you connect with the people you are spending time with by giving you 3 date ideas a week. Since we don't offer our dates online yet, all you have to do is create an account on our application, and then you get three date ideas a week! Make an account on DNID using your email address or by signing in with your Facebook username and password.

Your Info is Like Our Childhood Diary - Never Shared

When you sign up for our App, we do collect some personally identifiable information that we get from you as you sign up. This includes name, email, birthday, gender, and zip. This mobile application is for adults, and we don't knowingly supply information to children under the age of 13. If a user does create an account under the age of 13, we will email that user to let them know that they need parental consent before gathering his or her personal information. DNID will not sell your personal information to anybody; however, if we are sold, your personal information would transfer to our buyers so they could continue to provide you great date night ideas. In the future, DNID might may share the information you voluntarily provide to us with trusting business partners. We will not however sell or rent your personal information that we get through this application to anyone. DNID may provide statistics about our visitors to our sites, such as, but not limited to, volume, traffic patterns, number of users who searched for a particular term, or how many users clicked on a particular advertisement, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors. These statistics will include no personally identifiable information. DNID may also disclose information in special cases when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) enforce the Web site Terms and Conditions of Use; or (d) act to protect the interests of our users or others.

Remember, You're in Control

As a DNID member, you have control of your personal information. You can change your account settings on the application at any time. To remove yourself from our database completely, just send us an email at Support@dartbored.com. The subject of your email should say, “Remove” and in the body of your email, please include your name and your email address associated with your account.

We Are Like a She-Ra Shield with Your Data

We exercise great care to protect your personally identifiable information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and site monitoring. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. This is especially true for information you transmit to us via e-mail. We have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our servers. Internally, we will restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs. These employees are limited in number, and are committed to our privacy policies.

We will review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate.
